Program Journey

Over the summer, interns progress from communication fundamentals to confidently generating qualified leads alongside KOI sales pros. By August, top performers walk away with real-world sales experience, referrals, and a clear understanding of how high-performing roofing and solar companies operate.

Primary Position

Door Knocker / Appointment Setter (Intro Sales)
